DIN EN ISO 15189:2003 Accreditation...
All the departments of our laboratories were accredited by DACH (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle Chemie) according to the standards of ISO 15189 , and is valid since October 20, 2005. Since DACH takes the side of ILAC’s (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) multi-sided agreement (MRA – Mutual recognition arrangements), the accreditation of our laboratory has acknowledged by all the countries which are members of ILAC.
The aim of ISO 15189 standard (DIN EN ISO 15189:2003 Medical laboratories - Particular requirements for quality and competence) to supply the safety of medical laboratories, the insurance and quality that the clinical staff needs who are directly in charge of the patients and their medical treatments.
